Arturs Lontons has more than 5 years experience in different IT-related positions - from managing various business applications and internal procedures, in academic and retail environments, to working as a part of a large support and administration team in the aviation industry - managing diverse aspects of mixed Linux and Windows server infrastructure, setting up and configuring network equipment and working on improving internal IT workflows.After having worked with Zabbix in his previous work positions, Arturs decided to take up his next challenge and become a part of the Zabbix team. Having certified as a Zabbix Professional and Trainer, Arturs now works as a Technical Support Engineer at Zabbix and conducts Zabbix training courses.

Steve is an open-source technology consultant, specialized in Zabbix. He is Zabbix Certified Expert and Trainer. He has founded his own company IZI-IT to support enterprises in their efforts of ensuring healthy IT environments and preventing service outages, as well as training projects. Steve is an active Zabbix evangelist who speaks at conferences, organizes meetups in France and also is Certified Zabbix Partner.

With more than 20 years of experience in the technology environment and firmly committed to the use and promotion of free software. Gustavo has held various positions from programmer to database administrator and Linux administrator, detecting potential risk scenarios and taking proactive actions to avoid them. He’s always interested in sharing and acquiring new knowledge.

Andy Zhou is the first Zabbix Certified Trainer in China and has more than 10 years of IT administration and maintenance experience, several years of experience in Zabbix monitoring solutions, and long-term experience in the field of ITOM and ITOA. Andy has worked on many IT administration and maintenance projects in China for the insurance and financial industries.

Marek Konečný has been dealing with IT monitoring solutions since 2001. Marek works for Axians Slovakia s.r.o.. He is the architect and implementer of dozens of large-scale monitoring solutions for many customers based on several products (HP, CA, Micro Focus...). He has been implementing monitoring solutions primarily built on the Zabbix platform since 2013. Marek is also the author of several extensions and modules for Zabbix.

Edgars MelverisTechnical Support Engineer, Trainer, Zabbix SIAEdgars has more than 15 years of experience as a System Administrator and 11 years of experience working with Zabbix monitoring solution. He is knowledgeable in administering Linux and networking. Edgars is Zabbix Technical Support Engineer and Certified Trainer.

Patrik had 16 years of experience in IT and monitoring of mainframes before joining Open-Future, B.V.B.A in 2012. The company is a long-time partner of Zabbix and one of the first training partners. Patrik has been involved in the delivery of several successful Zabbix projects to customers in Belgium. In the beginning of 2013, Patrik decided to progress to the next level and attended training in Riga to become a Zabbix Certified Trainer. Since then Patrik has delivered several trainings worldwide and has written several successful books about Zabbix. His first book the Zabbix Cookbook and his last book Zabbix 4 Network monitoring.

Since 1994, François-Hugues was involved with customers from different sectors - public, private, industry, service, telecom, banking - for consulting or deployment of monitoring solutions (based both on licensed and open-source software), i.e., planning and scheduling these solutions. In 2016, through his analysis of software market, François-Hugues chose to accelerate the use of Zabbix monitoring solution and formalize his expertise in it by attending Zabbix certified training, meanwhile continuing the implementations of Zabbix solution. François-Hugues became Zabbix Certified Trainer in October 2019.

Anton is the first Zabbix Certified Trainer in Kazakhstan and Central Asia and has more than 10 years of IT administration and maintenance experience, several years of experience in Zabbix and ElasticSearch monitoring solutions, and long-term experience in the field of ITOM and ITOA. Anton has worked on many IT monitoring and maintenance projects for the financial, insuramce, retail and telecom industries.

Thomas got his first taste of databases with “DB2” on “SGI irix” at the tender age of 10. He has focused on relational databases such as “Microsoft SQL Server”, \PostgreSQL\ and “MySQL/MariaDB” for over 17 years. His experience in the design of databases and associated performance optimization provides the ideal basis for Zabbix with its database back-end. He is also a professional in Windows environments, Linux and networking.

Thomas has held database training courses for more than 15 years; he also works as a database consultant. He is a Zabbix Certified Professional and a Zabbix Certified Trainer, the first in Zabbix 4.0 since October 2018. He delivers training in German and English. His experience with Zabbix stretches back over more than 10 years.

Rhein-Main Solutions GmbH has been a Zabbix Certified Solution Partner since January 2017 and a Zabbix Certified Training Partner since October 2018.

Tomas is working in initMAX s.r.o. and is a big fan of opensource, that includes Zabbix monitoring solution. He specializes in application servers, automation and monitoring. Over the past ten years, he has been involved in the implementation of several large-scale projects having immense positive impact on customer IT environment. Tomas was awarded the highest level of certification by Red Hat (Certified Red Hat Architect) in 2016.

Dimitri Bellini is a senior Zabbix Expert in Quadrata (Italy and UAE). He had over 15 years of Unix/Linux experience within the enterprise environment with extensive knowledge of complex monitoring scenarios. Dimitri has been using Zabbix since 2005 and he has implemented multiple big installations of Zabbix in the most known Italian companies. Zabbix holds Certified Trainer certificate since 2013.

Dimitri characterizes himself as an Open Source solutions evangelist.

Robert Hoekstra is a professional in his field of work. With decades of Linux experience, a number of Red Hat certifications to earn Red Hat Certified Architect status as well as the number of certifications towards becoming a Zabbix trainer, he knows what he’s talking about. And also, his main drive is to share knowledge and expertise. His goal is to make the students understand the product and succeed at their exam, in order to put their gained knowledge to work afterwards.

With a solid IT background and his experience as an IT consultant, Stefan Matzek started working with Zabbix several years ago as a Zabbix Consultant at IntelliTrend GmbH. In this role he implemented and supported Zabbix in many customer projects, such as new installations, migrations and extensions of existing installations. This often included explanations of various concepts in Zabbix and workshops to train administrators on the new monitoring infrastructure. In 2022, due to his experience and communication skills, he became a certified Zabbix Trainer - a decision he has never regretted.

Michal holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology from the Warsaw University of Technology, and has been involved in the telecommunications industry since 2008. He has worked with some of the top 10 companies in the field and has earned several certifications from leading hardware and software manufacturers, including Zabbix Certified Trainer, MikroTik Trainer, and RedHat Certified Engineer.

Since 2015, Michal has been actively involved in conducting professional trainings in the field of telecommunications and IT and has participated in various conferences. His areas of specialization include monitoring systems, Linux, and network solutions.

David is working as a System Administrator since 2019 and started using Zabbix in 2020. He started with Zabbix 4.0 version and worked deploying and managing many Zabbix environments in Allenta Consulting. David is a Certified Zabbix Expert and a Zabbix Trainer since 2022.

After working with Zabbix for several years (started with Zabbix 1.8), Brian started his own company Opensource ICT Solutions in the Netherlands and United States. From that moment the main focus is a consultancy, support and training on the product Zabbix.

In this role, he is seeing, building and maintaining Zabbix environments all over the world for various customers. This means the level of experience is getting higher and higher by the day. During his trainings, his aim is to transfer as much of this knowledge as possible to the attendees.

Alex van de Pas is an IT professional and has over 20 years’ experience in IT. With his broad spectrum of knowledge in Windows, Linux and networking, Alex now maintains chains of applications at the big compagnies in the Netherlands. As these need to be monitored, Alex looked for a flexible monitoring tool. This is where Zabbix came in. As Xifeo is a Zabbix partner, Alex started to look into Zabbix and loved the flexibility of it. Certified since Zabbix 4.0, Alex wanted to spread the knowledge about Zabbix and became a Certified Zabbix trainer as well.

Pascal has more than 20 years of experience in monitoring solutions, both commercial and open-source. He is knowledgeable in various aspects of IT, Linux, Windows, networking, monitoring, and SQL databases. He has been using Zabbix since 2016 and is Zabbix Certified Trainer.

Paulo Roberto Deolindo Júnior is a Systems Analyst specializing in Information Technology Project Management and Production and Systems. Paulo is a Zabbix Certified Expert of version 6.0 and acts as a project mentor of Unirede. He also holds specific certifications in Project Management, Information Security and Cybernetics, and is observing Data Protection Laws in Brazil and around the world, such as the GDPR.

Over 10 years of experience with Windows computers, but "deep down in my heart, there is this little bash terminal, which always makes me happy", says Aigars. Aigars' attention has been driven by single board computers, low power devices, docker containers, web scrapping and monitoring in general. Loves one-liners. Kickstarting is a thing. Programming languages are all the same: there is sequence, loops, and it's hard to read the code when you are in a hurry. Aigars has started to work with Zabbix as of version 3.4, he holds Zabbix Certified Specialist, Professional and Expert certifications.

Aleksandrs has more than 10 years of experience in IT, providing support on the vast list of services, starting with basic technical support while deploying and administering web hosting services and moving to support of streaming technology equipment, data, optical systems, and network communication systems.Eventually, the wish of providing high-quality support in a constantly evolving environment of Zabbix led to the path of a Support Engineer for Zabbix customers, which was followed by Zabbix Certified Specialist, Professional and Expert certifications, to allow sharing experience and knowledge of Zabbix all around the globe.

Christian Anton has many years of experience with IT Monitoring, network technologies, and Open Source Software. He has worked as a consultant and pre-sales engineer at several mid-sized and large customers and now leads a team of highly skilled consultants that work in the area of Containerization, Micro Services, Automation, and Monitoring. Zabbix is the strategic product for monitoring all kinds of IT environments to support customers in making their IT operations more reliable and giving quick insights in case of incidents.

Having accumulated over a decade of experience as a systems administrator, Angel first encountered Zabbix with its 1.6 version, though his in-depth engagement with the platform began around version 3.0 In 2018, he proudly achieved certifications as a Zabbix Certified Specialist and Zabbix Certified Professional in Zabbix, establishing a solid foundation for his continued involvement. Throughout the years, Angel remained actively immersed in Zabbix operations. In 2022, an exciting opportunity emerged, propelling him into the role of a Trainer, which he eagerly and successfully embraced.

Kaspars has more than 15 years of experience as a Network Administrator and more than 10 years of experience in Zabbix. Kaspars is highly knowledgeable about networking, SQL based databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle), Windows and Linux server administration. Previously worked in banking sector, administering and monitoring bank network infrastructure. Kaspars is a Zabbix Support Engineer and Chief Trainer.

Bartosz started his IT career in 2016. Throughout the years he gained experience in a vast range of IT sectors - ranging from worldwide ISP to small local companies. Bartosz has a strong background in the network design and troubleshooting and implementation of virtualization solutions.

He Xing has more than 7 years of administration and maintenance experience in IT and more than 6 years of experience in Zabbix. He is one of the first batch of Zabbix 4.0 Certified Professionals in China and has completed tens of big financial projects as a project manager.

Dimitri characterizes himself as an Open Source solutions evangelist.

Ren Yong has more than 8 years of experience in large data center infrastructure monitoring of financial enterprises. He has led the construction of monitoring platforms with more than 10,000 devices. Currently he is focusing on monitoring & O&M visualization, including Tivoli, Zabbix, Grafana monitoring implementation, custom development, performance optimization, template customization, and automated O&M management.

Kārlis Saliņš has more than 5 years of experience working as a System Administrator, DBA, and 4+ years of experience working with Zabbix. Before pursuing opportunities and professional development at Zabbix, Kārlis worked in the finance sector in a team responsible for the availability of core banking services. Currently, Karlis is a Certified Zabbix Expert and a Zabbix Trainer and works as a Technical Support Engineer.

In his previous roles, he has been responsible for monitoring and managing the infrastructure of companies, in both physical and logical resources. As an experienced infrastructure administrator and DevOps, he have a strong background in monitoring and troubleshooting complex technical environments. Throughout his career, he has always used Zabbix to ensure the health and performance of systems and applications. That led him to follow the certification path to become a Certified Trainer.

As a graduate of a Computer Sciences and a Linux-certified professional, Victor has been working with IT infrastructures starting 2016, when he had the opportunity to get to know Zabbix as a user and become a proud member of the community. Today, he's working as a Support Engineer in Zabbix on a global level and providing training for future Zabbix specialists and professionals.

Mateusz has more than 4 years of experience with Zabbix monitoring solutions. His many years of experience in IT has given him expertise in Windows and Linux, but also in virtualization, backup, automation and solving daily IT problems. He has repeatedly implemented Zabbix solutions in various companies. He is a Zabbix Certified Professional and is willing to share his knowledge with others.

Geonam has over 15 years of experience as a System Engineer and Network Engineer. Geonam also has experience as an administrator for various solutions and systems, including account management systems such as LDAP, networks, and security equipment.

Carlos Ortega has more than 8 years experience in carrying out Zabbix implementations and configurations for the telecommunications, banking, IOT and cloud sectors. He has also been working in the IT and Telco sector for more than 20 years in areas such as Monitoring, Technical Support, Planning and Engineering. Additionally, Carlos is Zabbix Certified Specialist and Zabbix Certified Professional for version 4.0 as of 2018.
